and easy and simple and everything was great.
I met Ryan as I was starting my search for an investor to try and sell my house. He was honest, forthright, he helped guide me through the process. he actually recommended i list the house because he thought it would be better for me. and then he came and did a walkthrough. But then he continued to be my counselor through the process. I would touch base with about the market “what do you think, should I do an investor” he was like “No Dawn, you’ll still benefit from putting it on the market”. And he was steadfast. I talked to him and texted him probably 10-12 times. he was always expedient in answering even though he knew he was not going to buy the property because he was pushing me to put it on the market. So today he is here to do this video as my Pods are being loaded because he was right – I did sell my house. So even though he had nothing to gain he was still my guide and my counselor along with my realtor Lisa Faber. So thanks to both of them!
